Standing beside Loch Arklet
Crepuscular rays of sunlight above Loch Arklet in the Trossachs, looking west towards the Arrochar Alps. There was some controversy, as this part of the landscape is renowned for its iconic barren appearance, but plans have been approved to cover the area with new forestry; this view was taken in late 2008 or early 2009 before the planting begins. Taken on the Hasselblad 500CM using Ilford FP4+ and Moersch Tanol developer.
