Cold blue light, snow and ice on Cairn Gorm mountain

The first weekend in January 2008, I took the funicular railway up Cairn Gorm to the Ptarmigan centre. It was -5C outside with extra windchill: so cold I could only run out for and use the camera for 2 minutes at a time. This photo was taken looking into a blizzard with little flecks of snow/ice blowing hard into the lens (or my face, when camera wasn't in the way).
