A silver moon rising casts trees into silhouette
Trees touching, silhouetted by a silver moonrise above the A822 near Monzie, Perthshire. The colours of moonlight just behind the hill and the deep blue affecting both sky and what little of the landscape is visible, have been processed to represent the Purkinje effect for realism (how it felt to be there, coupled with how one's eyes lose colour response in darkness) rather than what the camera recorded.
