Sgurr na Lapaich, Gaelic for "Peak of the Bog", is a notable mountain located in the Northwest Scottish Highlands. Situated north of Loch Mullardoch, it stands between Glen Cannich and Glen Strathfarrar. With a significant elevation of 1,150 meters (3,773 feet), it ranks as the fourth-highest peak north of the Great Glen. Notably, Sgurr na Lapaich boasts a topographic prominence of 839 meters, making it the most prominent feature over a considerable distance and offering excellent views.

This mountain is especially visible from the east, extending its presence up to the Moray Firth, approximately thirty miles away. Locals even utilize its distinctive shape as a reference point for forecasting the weather.
